Dorino Falcomer was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and grew up between Johannesburg, Durban and the Royal Kingdom of Swaziland. He has lived in Italy since 2000 and currently on the northern tip of the breath-taking island of Sardinia.

Respect Mother-Nature, and she will reward you with her bounty

Dorino is an ardent environmentalist. He believes in bringing ‘earth to the table’ by raising and harvesting crops in the centuries-old tradition, in what is now called today, permaculture. And he says, “One cannot underestimate the importance of raising livestock destined for the belly with kindness and care.”

There’s nothing like reviews to tell the truth

Read here what diners have to say about Dorino’s, catering, cooking and teaching skills.

Dorino welcomes you to his glorious part of the world, home to the clearest water, air and land, where once, the Nuragic people lived. An island filled with megalith structures, sacred wells, figures of bulls, and fertility and rebirth symbols, where mystery and myths still abound. And where the tradition of coming together, celebrating and sharing food still holds strong.
